We all know a relationships is a job in itself. It's all about making sure you are involved and active. I've had a long year horrible relationship before as we all have but you live and you learn. Within my new relationship certain things from my past relationship helped me to improve on myself. It's so easy to lose a spark that you once had. You begin to be way to comfortable and lazy. Being passionate with each other helps to keep you engaged and attentive with each other. As time moves on you begin to want those less passionate time because life gets in the way. Spending less time together also help to kill a spark. Your attention begins to be elsewhere and you begin to let life dive right in to kill the vibe. Don't let life steal your spark. Your going to go through hard times, arguments and disagreements but here are ways to make those things a lot easier. It's seems when the spark is high your less likely to let life ups and down put a wedge in between it all....

Everything happens for a reason. Sometimes we fear before it even happens and or come about. Fear is  a feeling induced by perceived danger or threat  that occurs in certain types of organisms,  which causes a change in metabolic and organ functions and ultimately a change in behaviors , such as fleeing, hiding, or freezing from perceived traumatic events. So when we stress we cause more stress in our body. Try to not stress about things that you can't  change. The strength inside of you is greater than your fear. Everyday you wake up is a blessing. Food Crave Friday

Three Piece Peanut Butter Cookies • 1cup sugar • 1cup Peanut Butter • 1 egg Mix ingredients in a bowl. Cover and chill in refrigerator for 30 Minutes -1 hour. Preheat oven at 350 degrees. Place 1" balls on baking sheet and press down  crisscross with a fork. Bake in oven for 12 minutes. Let cool &  Enjoy with family and friends. My family love this recipe and I hope your family loves it as well.

Today I learn confidence. We tend to be our own worse critics. As we learn day by day and year by year we gain a sense of confidence but the things we don't like about ourselves tend to stick out. Well, to us it does. Lets take a moment and think. Why don't I like this nose I have? or why don't I like how short I am? We should learn to just accept who we are and who we are growing to be. We even as adults change everyday and if we consistently concern ourselves with what we don't like we will never totally be confident. Lets stop second guessing and own who we are.
